Mental Wellness While Abroad

International and Off-Campus Education is collaborating with Melissa Garrison from Counseling Services to host a community talk for students to discuss mental health and wellness while abroad. Acclimating to a totally new culture and country while still focusing on your academics can be a potentially challenging or overwhelming adjustment period for students. We invite our students to discuss any concerns or worries they may have about going abroad, hear from their peers who have already studied abroad, and learn about available resources.

All students are welcome to attend, whether you've already been abroad, are planning to go abroad, or are interested and want to learn more.
