Spreadsheets are one of the most common tools used across industries to collect, store, organize, analyze, and visualize data. Comfort and proficiency manipulating spreadsheets is a vital academic and professional skill. In this student-focused workshop, we'll cover the characteristics of spreadsheets, and practice some of the most common tools, features, and functions that can be used to clean, complete, compute, and explore data.

This student-focused session is the fourth in a five part series of workshops building data literacy and related practical skills delivered by Lafayette Libraries, co-sponsored by Lafayette Data Community. Each workshop is designed to stand alone, but they also compliment each other.
