Participants will learn how their personality traits influence the manner in which they lead others. Your personalized leadership style assessment using the DiSC® Analysis will be reviewed during this interactive session. Learning outcomes include deeper self-awareness, enhanced communicational abilities in group settings, and improved effectiveness in a team setting.
