Food Insecurity in Easton Discussion

The Food/Housing Insecurity with the Lafayette Landis Center is hosting a fundraiser from 11/1-11/15 for the Easton Area Neighborhood Center and Paxinosa food pantries. We are super passionate about the food insecurity problem in Easton and want other students and community members to care about it as well. Additionally, the pantries are facing a critical need for donations of food items and toiletries such as diapers and menstrual products, (specifically requested by the pantries).

To kickstart the fundraiser, we are having a discussion with Jeanine Stanilious from Pax and Ross Marcus from EANC to talk about food insecurity, their experiences with the pantries, and working in Easton. The discussion is Thursday 11/3 from 7-8pm in Kirby 104.
