Introduction to DiSC© for Leadership

Thursday, 9/22 from 7:00-8:30 pm [VIRTUAL] plus Saturday, 9/24 from 9:30 am-12 pm [IN-PERSON]
Participants will learn how their personality traits influence the manner in which they lead others. Your personalized leadership style assessment using the DiSC® Analysis will be reviewed during this interactive session. Learning outcomes include deeper self-awareness, enhanced communicational abilities in group settings, and improved effectiveness in a team setting.
