The Email Task is the most common and useful tool when managing a Qualtrics survey as it provides the automated sending of email notifications. The most common example is to send out an email to a person or group of people every time a survey response is submitted. This session will provide information on how to set up basic and complex Email Tasks in Qualtrics as well as provide some use cases for utilizing this tool.
