Yuri Radchenko is a Ukrainian historian who specializes in the history of the Holocaust in Ukraine. He is also the director of the Center for Interethnic Relations Research in Eastern Europe, which is based in Kharkiv. When the Russian invasion of Ukraine reached Kharkiv, Dr. Radchenko relocated to a refugee resettlement community in Chernivtsi in Western Ukraine. Dr. Radchenko will talk about his work, the work of the center, and of the experience of Ukrainian scholars in the wake of the invasion.
