Research has linked sitting for long periods of time with a number of health concerns. Moving throughout the day can help lower your risk of some of these health concerns. Exercise at your desk whether you are working in the office or remotely. This 15-20 minute program is one way to be more active in your workday with some basic exercises and stretches to get your body moving, your brain fueled, your mood lifted and more energy during your workday. To participate, log on to the zoom link for the day and time you choose. Afterward, you will receive a list of the exercises performed.
