The Office of Human Resources has invited the College’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to provide information on the services offered to meet the mental health and well-being needs for you and your family. The information session will be followed by a Q & A.
EAP services are free and are offered to you and your family members through the College’s Benefits program. Each session will explore a wide range of services available for you to manage mental health and other challenges such as childcare and parenting, adult and eldercare, finances and legal issues.
Current Targeted Sessions: The February 15th session includes topics that are more relevant for Faculty members of this community. The February 22nd session includes topics that are more relevant for Staff members of this community. All are welcome for any session and the sessions will be recorded.
