All are welcome! All meditation supplies are provided. If you have a favorite cushion, please bring it. Beginners will be given basic instruction in meditation. If you are joining remotely, all that is needed is a chair to sit in (dining room or folding card-table type chair preferred). Everyone is encouraged to join for the entire meditation period, but if you can only join for half, there is a 10-minute walking meditation/bathroom break at the 40 minute mark, and you can leave or join at that time.

Meditation is led by Keith Wilson. Keith is a Zen Buddhist monk who trains with Kurt Spellmeyer, Kankan Roshi, director and teacher of Cold Mountain Zen based in New Brunswick, New Jersey. Keith has practiced Zen meditation since 2004, ordaining in 2010 as an Unsui (Cloud-Water) monk in the Rinzai tradition of Zen Buddhism. Keith is authorized by Kankan Roshi to lead sitting groups in the Lehigh Valley as part of the Cold Mountain Zen organization. Keith resides in Easton, Pennsylvania and supports himself by working as a Chemical Engineer in the Environmental and Healthcare fields.
