A bit about the performer: -Winner of the She Devil Comedy Festival in New York City -Featured in the New York Times, Time out NY, and Backstage -Lauren is a feminist and body positive comic who brings social commentary to every show while keeping the mood upbeat and fun Her material ranges from the ridiculous to the brutally honest. What's especially unique about Lauren as a comic is her ability to put a body positive spin on jokes while remaining cuttingly hilarious for any audience. Now one of New York's hottest comics, Lauren performs nationwide for Comedy Festivals, Colleges and Clubs. She recently took home 1st Place from the She Devil Comedy Festival in NYC and has been featured in The New York Times, Time Out NY and Backstage. As a former RA and Orientation Leader for The College of Charleston, Lauren thrives in a college setting and adores performing for college students or as she refers to them, our future! Princeton, Texas Women's University, Louisiana State and Western Carolina are just some examples of campuses where Lauren has brought the laughs. She can't wait to bring you along for the ride!
