Michael Patrick Lynch, Board of Trustees Distinguished Professor of Philosophy, University of Connecticut, Director of the Humanities Institute, and Director of the New England Humanities Consortium

Professor Lynch’s work concerns truth, democracy, public discourse and the ethics of technology. Professor Lynch will present his paper, “Social Media and Bald-Faced Lies”

The Lecture on Truth, Post-Truth, and Social Media is part of the Workshop on Knowledge and Technological Design.
