Outstanding productions from the U.K.’s most prestigious venues arrive in Easton with the return of National Theatre Live. Featuring acclaimed stage and screen actors, this ground-breaking initiative captures performances before a live audience for broadcast in high-definition cinemas around the world. Now in its fourth season, National Theatre Live Downtown is presented in association with the Lafayette College Department of Theater.

Bill Nighy (Love Actually, The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel) and Carey Mulligan (Promising Young Woman, The Great Gatsby) feature as former lovers locked in a battle of opposing ideologies and mutual desires. Stephen Daldry (Billy Elliot, The Hours) directs David Hare’s absorbing drama.
