This is the second of three alumni dinner club buffets of the Fall semester. Bon Appetit, Lafayette’s dining service, will prepare a Cajun Italian Fusion dinner according to their corporate philosophy of of serving “fresh, made from scratch foods highlighting seasonal items from local farmers.”
