Dr. Spencer '96 will share his story of how his time as a student athlete at Lafayette College set him on the path to becoming a sports psychologist. He will lead us in an interactive discussion on the mental health of today’s athletes and business leaders. The overarching theme of this session will be Dr. Spencer’s signature message of ‘clearer mind, better performance’.
