This class is for survivors and their friends, families & partners who are on a quest to be better allies for the sexual assault survivor in their lives. The class will provide: a clear image of what it takes to be an ally – verbiage to use, understanding triggers, allyship in the bedroom – plus self-care tips so you can hold space sustainably. This event will run for about an hour and a half.
