Results from the COACHE Survey
Last academic year the Lafayette Faculty participated in the COACHE Faculty Job Satisfaction Survey. This survey was designed at the Harvard Graduate School of Education and it has been used by colleges and universities for well over a decade. John Meier will describe the survey and present some of the features of the response data from the survey, describing the ways in which it aligns with current campus conversations as well as what seems to have changed between the previous administration of the COACHE survey and our recent participation.
