Dr. Serhat Karakayali is Department Head at the German Center for Integration and Migration Research and faculty member in the Department for Diversity and Social Conflict at the Humboldt University of Berlin. He will give a lecture on International Solidarity and the "Crisis of Refugees" in Germany, followed by an open discussion with Lafayette students and faculty.
