During this informal session faculty members will have the opportunity to share and learn strategies from colleagues in preparation for Spring 2021 teaching. Topics will include student engagement and equitable instructional practices when teaching online. Additional topics of interest are welcome. The session will also involve Lafayette faculty members demonstrating specific engagement strategies that they implemented in the fall using Zoom and found to be effective. All faculty members are also invited to access the Preparing to Teach - Spring 2021 resource when designing spring courses.
