Qualtrics is in the process of retiring Email Triggers (emails sent upon survey completion) in favor of using Email Tasks. All active surveys that currently use Email Triggers will need to be transitioned to Email Tasks as soon as possible. This workshop will walk you through the steps for transitioning your Email Triggers to Email Tasks.
