Spaces Basics

Spaces is an instance of Moodle, the College’s learning management system, that can be used for a variety of reasons (e.g., a collabortive space for committees, training hub for student employees). As a platform, it is powerful and extensible, but can also be overwhelming. This session serves as an introduction to Moodle with information on adding content, integrating videos from Kaltura, communicating with members of a Spaces site, and customizing your Spaces Dashboard (a.k.a Spaces home page).
