The Department of Theater hopes to collaborate with you to develop an online production of original work written by members of our community—not just students and faculty, but support staff, administrators, grounds crew, food service workers, Public Safety officers, coaches, IT wizards, and residents of College Hill and Easton.

We invite you to write about your experience with or your relationship to the uncertain, dynamic world in which we currently live. Covid-19, the pandemic, distance learning, racism, religious intolerance, friendships, open and closed borders, global relationships, Black Lives Matter, uncertainties of foreign students: The World in 2020 from a your perspective. We are calling this endeavor, of which we want you will be a part, Behind The Masks.

For more information, visit www.theater.lafayette/behind-the-masks or email Professor Michael O’Neill at oneillm@lafayette.edu

Everyone is welcome because everyone has something valuable to share. We are in this together.
