A fifth rate British theater-troupe on a bottom tier provincial tour unwittingly performs both sides of comedic calamity in this play-within-a-play by the award-winning author of "Copenhagen" and "Wild Oats". A hilarious fiasco of flubbed lines and missed cues plague the rehearsal and run of a mindless sex farce, with the onstage antics compounded by offstage romantic turmoil, until utter chaos, powered by nonstop laughter, reigns supreme. “Not just a flawless theatrical mechanism,” raved The Guardian, “but a modern classic that embraces the bohemian world of theater itself.” Directed by Michael O’Neill.
