This brownbag lunch discussion centers on food, land, and people. We are in the midst of a local and sustainable food revolution, with widespread public attention focused on healthier food, more ecologically friendly agriculture, and improved labor conditions throughout the food industry. We’ll talk about where the current public debate about food and agriculture came from, what ethical issues go with that debate, and what people are doing on the ground to address the issues the debate brings up.
