On Friday, February 28, join us as we celebrate the the recent publication of books by Rob Blunt (For money and elders: Ritual, sovereignty, and the sacred in Kenya), Ben Cohen (Pure adulteration: Cheating on nature in the age of manufactured food) and Jeremy Zallen (American lucifers: The dark history of artificial light, 1750-1865). The authors will discuss their works in a panel format. At 12:10 pm in the Gendebien Room, Skillman Library. Lunch will be provided.
