Laramie Jensen, a graduate student in Oceanography within the College of Geosciences at Texas A&M University, will visit Lafayette College to give a Geology Department seminar titled investigating “The role of iron and other dissolved metals in the global ocean.” She will also hold an informal Q&A session on graduate school and her experience in transitioning to a Ph.D. program in a new discipline.
