Despite our best efforts, there are times when classes violate the guidelines we set to establish a positive or inclusive classroom experience. Also, course content or discussions can bring controversy when we least expect it. In this workshop, we will exchange strategies that address conflict-resolution with students, and examine a restorative justice approach for reclaiming educational spaces and improving classroom climates.
