How can you determine whether or not your inclusive teaching efforts are working? During this session we will start a discussion on how to measure the impact of inclusive teaching practices. We will distinguish between smaller-scale measures of impact for local usage that are not designed for research purposes (the focus of the majority of this session), and projects that are more systematic in nature and aimed to share findings with the public.  We will also have the opportunity to hear from Professor Cottle Hunt whose class participated in a research project aimed to address gender disparities in her discipline.
