Research on iGen describes them as highly connected through social media, reliant on YouTube, debt averse, wanting a sense of purpose and much more. During this session we will explore various attributes of iGen learners described in the literature, hear from students, and provide opportunities for faculty, staff and iGen learners to discuss how to leverage the strengths of this generation as well as consider challenges when designing equitable learning experiences and promoting student success.
