This month's dinner club theme is Italian Festival:

Italian Sausage and Lentil Soupa: ground italian hot sausage, sauteed with garlic and onions and simmered with green and crimson lentils, seasoned with fresh herbs and basil

Roasted Roma Plum Tomato and Basil: plump Roma tomatoes slow roasted with garlic and pureed vegetable stock with fresh basil and served with grated parmesan cheese and crisp bread sticks.

Antipasto Station: enjoy this before the meal traditional first course featuring roasted peppers, mushroom, olives, cheeses, and Italian meats.

Marquis Salad Bar: featuring crisp Italian greens, beans, and vegetables

Pasta Action Station: fettuccini and rigatoni pastas sauteed to order with a choice of Alfredo, Putnesca or Tomato Basil sauces

Tuscan Baked Chicken: seasoned and pan seared then braised slowly in red wine and herbs

Italian Roasted Porketta: whole pork loin basted with garlic and herbs then slow roasted and carved to order with gravy
