This month's dinner club theme is Italian Festival:
Italian Sausage and Lentil Soupa: ground italian hot sausage, sauteed with garlic and onions and simmered with green and crimson lentils, seasoned with fresh herbs and basil
Roasted Roma Plum Tomato and Basil: plump Roma tomatoes slow roasted with garlic and pureed vegetable stock with fresh basil and served with grated parmesan cheese and crisp bread sticks.
