Back in February, the Dumpling Making Party, a part of the Lunar New Year Celebration, had been cancelled due to the health issues at Lafayette campus. However, it is now revived as part of the Extravaganza Week!

On Wednesday, April 3th, ISA and ACA are hosting a workshop in Farinon Atrium to teach people how to make dumplings and learn more about the cultural significance of the dish. The dumplings made in this event will be served at the Extravaganza Food Tasting on Friday, April 5th, so that everyone will get a chance to enjoy what we have made together.

Are you a dumpling making expert or someone who loves trying new things?  If so, then come out and work with members of the ISA, ACA and Chef John's team in Dining Services.  Volunteers may even get a sample!

We hope to see you there!
