Ashes to Go is a national movement which began in St. Louis on Ash Wednesday 2007 - taking the ancient Christian discipline of Ash Wednesday out of the church and into the streets. College Chaplain, the Rev. Alex Hendrickson, will be available during the day to distribute ashes to those seeking to mark the beginning of the Christian holy season of Lent. More information on the Ashes to Go movement can be found here: http://ashestogo.org/
