When a group of Lafayette student leaders were recently asked about the problems they face at their respective organizations, many mentioned the prevalence of willingness to settle for mediocracy. We are here to disrupt that norm. By providing students a platform with strong support to learn new skills, find creative and practical solutions to problems, and share their innovative experience with one another, we strive to help more and more students to jumpstart their ideation process.   Being a Laf Ideator means no more settling for the status quo.
