Let's Listen. Let's Talk. Let's Act. This joint workshop led by NIA and Kaliedoscope is for white allies who are interested in learning how to be an ally to movements for racial justice. We will be talking about topics such as "White Tears", "White Guilt" and the "White Savior Complex" to help allies identify and address problematic allyship behavior. We will also be providing resources on how people can be allies in day to day interactions and learn more about allyship for racial justice.
