The role of cereblon in hematopoiesis and hematologcal malignancies; Life at Lafayette and Beyond
We are happy to announce a talk by returning alumnus Afua Akuffo ’11. Next Thursday April 27, 2017, at noon in Kunkel 117, Afua will talk about her doctoral research at the Moffit Cancer Center, along with sharing insights on her career trajectory. She is coming as part of our Biology Department Science Horizons mentoring program for retaining students in STEM disciplines and encouraging their success. Her talk is entitled, “The role of cereblon in hematopoiesis and hematological malignancies; Life at Lafayette and Beyond.” Please consider sharing this with students in your classes and those who might have an interest.
