Join the Lehigh Valley Chapter for a tour of the new Williams Arts Campus followed by “Facing Shakespeare” a lecture by Dr. June Schlueter, Lafayette College Professor Emerita. June Schlueter holds a Ph.D. from Columbia University. She was a member of Lafayette’s English Department from 1977 through 2008. From 1993 through 2006, she served as Provost and Dean of the Faculty. Dr. Schlueter has published extensively on the drama and culture of Shakespeare’s time. Her books include The Album Amicorum and the London of Shakespeare’s Time (published by the British Library in 2011) and a forthcoming book on a previously unknown manuscript that was a source for Shakespeare’s plays (to be published in 2017 by the British Library and Boydell and Brewer).
