This roundtable will introduce you to assistive technologies that are universal in design and benefit all types of learners.  Lafayette students will  share and demonstrate their implementation of a few of these technologies such as Livescribe Smartpens, a note taking system that records audio while linking to written notes;  Kurzweil, an application that reads text aloud, creates audio versions of text, provides study guides features such as highlighting and annotation;  Bookshare and Learning Ally, online libraries of text.

Lunch will be provided on a first-come, first serve basis. This event is part of Accessibility Week 2017 at Lafayette College.
