There have been many recent events to rescue government scientific data.
Where did the data go? Professors Andrea Armstrong (Environmental Science),
Kira Lawrence (Geology), and Joe Woo (Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering)
will share their thoughts on government transparency of earth sciences data,
the loss of accessibility to such data, and how it has impacted their
scholarly communities.
