Join the brothers of Phi Kappa Psi Penn Theta and the Penn Theta Housing Corporation at Phi Kappa Psi’s annual Founders Day Celebration and Cherry Alley dinner. Celebrate the 165th Anniversary of the national fraternity and the 148th Anniversary of our beloved Penn Theta Chapter.
Cherry Alley Dinner Menu:
Lemon herbed chicken, potato puree and roasted root vegetables
Braised beef short ribs with red wine reduction, potato puree and roasted root vegetables
Wheatberry, apple, cranberry and kale stuffed acorn squash, roasted root vegetables
All meals include salad and dessert with coffee or tea.
