The Phoenix Alumni Chapter invites alumni, parents and students to join them at a reception to welcome Lafayette students and professors who are studying in Arizona during the summer session. Lawrence Malinconico, Associate Professor of Geology/Geophysics and Director of the Technology Clinic, and David Sunderlin, Associate Professor of Geology, will be leading a group of 20 students from throughout the country in the Lafayette summer course, Geology From A (Arches) to Z (Zion): The Geology of National Parks in the Western United States. The professors and students are looking forward to spending time with members of the Lafayette community in Arizona and chatting about their studies in Arizona and their experiences on campus.
