The US is changing demographically, with "hispanicization" being the largest driver.  Drawing on his personal experience in multiple Hispanic communities (California, New York, Miami) and professional life as a technology leader in Silicon Valley, Mr. Mendez argues that the nation faces an unpreventable choice: to embrace the change or face societal upheaval and loss of potential.  He will use Nashville and Coca-Cola as examples to highlight that this choice is true for communities as well as corporations.
