Coming of age is a young person's transition from childhood to adulthood. The age at which this transition takes place varies in society, as does the nature of the transition.
Immediately following the ISA food tasting, Interfaith Council & ISA will host an event featuring short skits, poem and prose pieces, musical performances, and other pieces broadly related to the topic of "coming of age", including growing up, maturation, identity development, etc.
Members of the Lafayette community who would like to participate in this event should email Alex Hendrickson at hendrica@lafayette.edu with their topic.
