 Intercultural Development and the Easton Area Boys and \nGirls Club as we 
 continue an ongoing conversation on Ferguson and other \nsimilar incidents
 . Our aim is to localize several issues that have continued \non a nationa
 l level\, including: police and community relations\, gun violence\, \nrac
 e and racism. Specifically\, the intended outcomes for particpants are as 
 \nfollows:\n\n * To encourage in-person\, intergenerational dialogue betwe
 en Easton\n   community members representing different backgrounds and res
 idential\n   neighborhoods\;\n * To explore issues related to race\, law e
 nforcement\, media\, and political\n   power\; and\n * To engage law enfor
 cement and young people in brainstorming possible\n   solutions for streng
 thening their relationships within American cities and\n   towns.\n\nWe wi
 ll be joined by elected PA and Easton officials\, representatives from \nt
 he Easton Police Department\, local civic and religious leaders\, Lafayett
 e \ncommunity members\, and teenagers from the Boys and Girls Club. Throug
 h a \nseries of interactive exercises\, small and large group discussions\
 , we will \nexplore ways to move forward as a united\, affirming and safe 
 community for \nall.\n\nRefreshments will be provided.\n\n \n\n
