Advanced Panhellenic – Campuspeak
Promoting women’s leadership to advance organizations, campuses and communities.
In partnership with the National Panhellenic Conference, Advance Panhellenic is a training and leader development program for Lafayette Women's Sororities Panhellenic leaders to gather for meaningful conversations. This workshop aims to strengthen the leadership roles of participants by providing the tools they need from the NPC to be a successful student organization. Advance Panhellenic! helps develop guidelines and tips for leadership, transitions, programming, community building, public relations and recruitment.
We will review where your College Panhellenic needs to advance, create a standardized mission statement and establish what changes need to be made. Participants will leave with an action plan for moving their College Panhellenic forward.
