Judge of the Poetry Competition, Joe Weil, and Student Winners
Come join us for an ice cream social and poetry reading featuring Joe Weil and the students he selected in the poetry competition. Weil is one of the most vivid and irrepressible voices in contemporary poetry. The winner of the Jean Corrie Poetry Competition is Elisabeth Burnor. The honorable mention is Ashli Austin. The reading will last roughly an hour, with an open mic to follow. Then, at 6:00 p.m., please rejoin us for an informal pizza dinner and discussion session with Joe Weil in the same room (Marlo, Farinon).
