Miller Keystone Blood Drive

Lafayette's Blood Drive will take place on Wednesday, April 22nd from 9:00 am until 5:00 pm in the Marlo Room.
 
Follow the steps below to register:
 
1)   Follow the link:https://donor.giveapint.org/donor/schedules/sponsor_code
2)   Enter our Lafayette Sponsor Code: 4022
3)   Click “Schedule” and select your preferred appointment time!
4)  If you do not have an account, complete the quick registration process by clicking “Create One Now"
                         *You do NOT need your Donor ID*
5)   Upon registration completion your initial appointment selection will be confirmed!
