Dinners are in the Bergethon Room of Marquis Dining Hall. This year the hours have been extended from 4:30 to 8 p.m.  The cost is $14.95 for adults, $8.95 under 12. ($15.21 / $9.49 with tax)

  • Baked Sweet potatoes with Cranberries and Sweet Parsley butter

SALAD ACTION STATION
A Mix of Fresh Spinach, Arugula, and Field greens, tossed to order with Toasted walnuts, cranberry raisins, Blue cheese crumbles and Herb croutons. Dressed in an Apple and Bacon vinaigrette
