In this 3-part series, students will learn about two supreme court justices (Anthony Scalia/Originalism and John Paul Stevens/Living Constitution), receive instruction on how to approach reading a case, and experiment with their skills in briefing the case being read.

In this final session of a three-part series, Professor Bruce Murphy, Fred Morgan Kirby Professor of Civil Rights, will present discuss the case briefing method and discuss with students how they approached the briefing they prepared.

Students should have committed to all three sessions:

Wednesday, March 11: How to Read and Brief a Case
Tuesday, March 24: Case Analysis
