We will be screening the film 'Adelante' about an Irish Catholic church in Norristown, PA brought to life by new Mexican immigrants. The two different groups - Irish Americans and Mexican immigrants - adjust to the new situation and establish meaningful bonds of friendship and understanding. In addition to portraying a hearfelt story about acceptance, the film also induces thoughts about immigration by following the lives of young Mexican Immigrants.
