At this meeting, Dean Goldberg will talk about the eligibity criteria and the application process for the Boren Scholarship.

If you are a US citizen and are considering studying abroad this coming summer, fall or next spring, consider the Boren Scholarship program! The Boren Scholarship (http://www.borenawards.org/boren_scholarship) is designed to promote study in the countries of Africa, Asia, Central & Eastern Europe, Eurasia, Latin American, and the Middle East. You may not study in Western Europe, Canada, Australia or New Zealand.

The Scholarship offers $8,000 for summer, $10,000 for semester, and $20,000 for yearlong (2 semesters or summer + semester) programs.
